When will my order be shipped?
Since the project launched, the approximate shipping date was set as February 2024. This is an estimate. But, it does factor in some possible delays. It could end up being sooner. We base this on the average pin manufacturing turnaround time and add in some time for inspecting, sorting, and packaging.

Can I add additional items after I have been charged for my pledge?
Yes. On the survey, you can add additional items. You will be able to checkout and pay for your additional items at the end of the survey. You can also purchase additional pins, stickers, and other add-ons, for a limited time, right here: https://kauhukitty.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

Can I cancel my pledge and get a refund?
It is BackerKit’s policy not to allow refunds to Kickstarter pledges after the campaign has ended, or preorders after they have been charged. Any uncharged preorders or failed payment pledges, we will cancel at the backer’s request, no questions asked.

When will the next Kauhu Kitty pin series launch?
Hopefully, Kauhu Kitty: Haunted Holidays will be ready to launch in early December (fingers crossed). I also want to start a Pin of the Month Club in 2024. It will either be on Patreon or Ko-Fi.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
PRODUCTION
• Slight adjustments to designs/colors may be made to meet manufacturing needs. Some colors may vary slightly from how they appear on screen due to Pantone color matching for enamels. Some additional screen printing may be required for fine details.
• Chance of manufacturing defects. Since the pins are handmade, this leaves room for human error. If a major error occurs with one of the designs, we will reorder which may result in delivery delays.
SHIPPING
• Backers outside of North America will be responsible for any Customs Duties or any applicable tax.
• Please pay attention to tracking. GlennPen Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
FULLFILLMENT
• If the project receives high demand, this may extend the fulfillment process due to a high number of orders to grade, pack and ship.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
• Refunds, returns and cancellations are not accepted after the campaign has ended under any circumstances.
***If you do not fill out your survey within 3 months, your pledge will be assumed as a donation and collected as such. Refunds are not available. We will post many updates for survey reminders and other important topics.
